SEMO Football Officials Association is incorporated as a not for profit organization. Our purpose is to improve football officiating in the Southeast Missouri area by advocating the organized study of rules of the game; their interpretations; and officiating mechanics as they relate to game procedure. We currently have approximately 120 members and work with 30 to 40 high schools providing officials for both varsity and sub varsity games in a geographic area ranging from south of the St. Louis area in Jefferson County to the Missouri/Arkansas border in the southeast part of the state. We also provide service to several schools in Northeast Arkansas.
